Rules for WitchClean quotes and assignments.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotes and assignments of WitchClean (KvK 42135175). Different arrangements only apply if we have confirmed them in writing, by email or via WhatsApp.

2. Quote and assignment

A quote is free, without obligation and valid for 30 days. The assignment is agreed as soon as you accept the quote. The work and price in the quote apply.

3. Carrying out the work

• We carry out the agreed work with care.
• You provide access to the rooms and windows, as well as electricity and water.
• For exterior windows, we may reschedule in consultation with you if the weather makes safe work impossible.

4. Rescheduling or cancelling

You can reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Please let us know as soon as possible via info@witchclean.nl.

5. Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.

6. Complaints

Not satisfied? Let us know within 48 hours of the work, preferably with photos. If the complaint is justified, we will come back free of charge to put it right.

7. Liability

• Report damage within 48 hours of the work.
• Our liability is limited to direct damage and to no more than the invoice amount of the assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• We are not liable for damage caused by existing defects, such as loose glass or damaged frames, or by incorrect information from the client.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you, as a consumer, place an order at a distance (for example via the website, email or WhatsApp), you have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you want us to start within that period, we will ask for your explicit consent. If you withdraw after that, you pay for the part already carried out. Once the work is fully completed, the right of withdrawal lapses. To withdraw, email info@witchclean.nl.

10. Applicable law

All agreements with WitchClean are governed by Dutch law.
